Financial Adviser – Hybrid, St Ives

About the role

We are partnering with a respected financial planning firm in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, to expand its adviser team. The position offers a hybrid working pattern, allowing you to balance client meetings with office‑based support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide holistic financial planning advice covering pensions, investments and protection.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, conducting annual reviews and ongoing servicing.
• Identify opportunities to grow the client bank and increase revenue.
• Collaborate closely with dedicated paraplanners and administrative staff.
• Deliver compliant, high‑quality advice in line with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Advising experience or a clear desire to progress into a client‑facing advisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑focused mindset.
• Full UK driving licence.
