Financial Adviser – Independent Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Adviser to join a well‑established UK financial advice firm in Harpenden. Working closely with senior Financial Planners, you will support existing high‑net‑worth clients and attract new business, delivering independent wealth‑management advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored, independent financial advice to existing and prospective HNW clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio while meeting sales targets.
• Collaborate with Financial Planners and utilise full admin and paraplanning support.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate client leads.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS) or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally holding CAS status.
• Minimum two years of experience delivering financial advice.
• Strong desire to grow a client book and write new business.
