Financial Adviser - Level 4

About the role

A growing Quilter Financial Planning firm is recruiting a Financial Adviser at the start of their advisory career, based in Whiteley, Hampshire. The work is primarily remote and telephone-based, with weekly office collaboration; office attendance is every Tuesday. The firm offers a proven client acquisition model, dedicated support staff and a steady flow of leads.

Key responsibilities

• Take over and manage clients passed across by senior advisers.
• Build relationships with existing ad hoc clients and move them to ongoing service arrangements.
• Follow up and convert qualified leads from established referral partnerships.
• Work with a network of mortgage and protection advisers who introduce prospective clients.
• Develop business from a strong wills and estate planning referral source.
• Conduct client meetings mainly by phone, with occasional use of Microsoft Teams.

Required profile

• Level 4 qualification.
• Passion for building a career in financial advice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, motivated and keen to develop professionally.
