Financial Adviser – Remote, £50k + Bonus, Client Bank

About the role

Eden Rose is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join its independent practice. You will inherit an established client bank of 125‑150 clients, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality advice rather than cold prospecting. The role is remote‑first with the flexibility to meet clients in person when required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of 125‑150 clients, delivering holistic financial planning across pensions, investments and retirement planning.
• Conduct annual and ongoing reviews to ensure advice remains appropriate and compliant.
• Identify natural opportunities for additional advice within the existing client base.
• Maintain your own diary, organise client meetings and work from home with autonomy.
• Collaborate with a dedicated technical and compliance team to ensure regulatory standards are met.

Required profile

• Qualified Financial Adviser with a Level 4 Diploma and a current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
• Proven experience in relationship management and servicing an established client bank.
• Professional, personable and client‑focused approach.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while benefiting from team support.
