Financial Adviser – Up to £70,000 – Hybrid

About the role

We are partnering with a respected financial planning firm to recruit a qualified Financial Adviser. The role offers a client‑focused environment without sales targets, allowing you to build long‑term relationships and deliver holistic advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent advice on pensions, investments, protection, inheritance tax and retirement planning.
• Develop and present tailored financial plans for new and existing clients.
• Conduct regular reviews and adjust recommendations as client circumstances change.
• Collaborate closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and market developments.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) – essential.
• Proven experience in a client‑facing financial advice role.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and holistic financial planning.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity and compliance awareness.
• Chartered status or progress towards it is desirable but not mandatory.
