Financial Adviser / Wealth Manager – Hybrid, up to £130k + Bonus & Equity

About the role

We are partnering with an independent manager‑owned boutique wealth management firm in the City of London to hire an experienced Financial Adviser or Wealth Manager on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will work with high‑net‑worth individuals and families, providing comprehensive advice across investments, pensions, tax and estate planning.

Key responsibilities

• Advise HNW clients on a full range of financial matters, including portfolio construction, retirement planning, tax efficiency and legacy strategies.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships, delivering regular portfolio and financial plan reviews.
• Generate new business through referrals, professional networks and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with paraplanners, investment analysts and the compliance team to ensure tailored solutions.
• Operate in a client‑first, consultative manner without hard‑sell pressure.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or Wealth Manager serving HNW clients.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Finance (or equivalent qualification).
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new business and grow client assets.
• Strong understanding of investments, pensions, tax and estate planning.
