Financial Planner – Remote with Warm Leads

About the role

This fully remote Financial Planner position is based in Guildford and offers an unprecedented flow of pre‑qualified leads worth an average of £500k in investable assets. You will join a privately‑owned firm that combines national reach with a strong regional presence, supporting advisers with technology, administration and premium lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Convert a steady stream of warm, pre‑qualified leads into new client relationships.
• Provide holistic advice across investment planning, retirement strategy, estate planning and tax‑efficient structures.
• Develop tailored financial plans that align with client goals and life stages.
• Maintain long‑term relationships through ongoing, comprehensive financial guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategy‑led planning and contribute to firm growth.

Required profile

• Highly experienced Holistic Financial Planner or Financial Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and FCA authorisation.
• Proven track record of progressing pipelines to completion, especially with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Commercially minded, proactive and strong closing ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Salary £65,000‑£80,000 per year, dependent on experience.
