Financial Planning Administrator – Client Services

About the role

The Financial Planning Administrator will join Titan Wealth Planning's new Client Services Administration team in Bristol. You will provide end‑to‑end administrative support to desk‑based Financial Planners, ensuring a smooth, high‑quality service for clients throughout the advice lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full pre‑ and post‑sales administration across the advice process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and process new business applications, valuations, and policy documentation.
• Liaise with product providers, platforms and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records and manage workflows using back‑office systems.
• Support Financial Planners with diary management, client onboarding and ongoing servicing.
• Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

• At least 12 months experience as an IFA Administrator within financial planning.
• Strong understanding of the financial advice process and regulatory requirements.
• IO back‑office experience is highly desirable.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
