Financial Planning Administrator – Guildford, Surrey

About the role

Join a well‑established independent financial advisory firm on the outskirts of Guildford. As a Financial Planning Administrator you will support the team by onboarding new clients, preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify personal and financial information from new clients.
• Prepare letters of authority, valuations and meeting documentation.
• Conduct AML checks and liaise with product providers.
• Maintain client records using Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) and various investment platforms.
• Assist the advisory team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth client service.

Required profile

• Experience in a financial services environment, preferably within an advisory firm.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) – experience is a significant advantage.
