Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – VC‑backed SaaS

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing VC‑backed SaaS business with a global footprint. We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Manager to lead modelling, budgeting and reporting activities and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain SaaS‑specific metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Manage incentive compensation plans and ensure accurate payouts.
• Improve systems and processes, including automation of reporting and data integrity.
• Conduct business analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the SaaS sector, particularly with key metric reporting.
• Strong background in financial modelling and budgeting.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Confident communicator able to present to senior leadership.
• Systems‑savvy with a commercial mindset; experience designing incentive plans is a plus.
