Financial Reporting Controller – European Portfolio

About the role

Modaxo is seeking a European Corporate Reporting Controller to join its Europe & AMEA Finance Leadership Team. Based in Chippenham with a hybrid schedule (one day on‑site per week), you will lead the Portfolio Reporting Team and support the Portfolio CFO in delivering accurate financial reporting and strategic analysis across 20 business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly forecasting process for 20 Business Units across Europe and AMEA, partnering with Finance Managers and senior leaders.
• Own and develop the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, acting as subject‑matter expert and providing training and continuous improvement.
• Produce high‑quality monthly and quarterly reports for Portfolio leadership, Modaxo Worldwide and Constellation Software stakeholders.
• Deliver financial analysis, challenge assumptions, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with Business Unit leaders to support growth and operational decisions.
• Manage and develop a small team of finance professionals, fostering accountability and learning.
• Drive reporting innovation using NetSuite ERP, AI and BI tools, and enhance internal controls.
• Support the Portfolio CFO with acquisition analysis, investment evaluations and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate reporting, FP&A or finance leadership within an international environment.
• Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading and developing finance teams.
• Ability to drive process improvement and standardisation across diverse portfolios.
