Financial Services Administrator – up to £35k + benefits

About the role

The Financial Services Administrator will support a team of Financial Planners in a well‑established wealth management practice based in Hambledon. You will ensure client documentation is prepared accurately, new business is processed efficiently and advisers receive the administrative support they need to deliver high‑quality advice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage client documentation and onboarding paperwork.
• Process new business applications and liaise with external providers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate client records.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to financial advisers and the wider client‑servicing team.
• Assist with client communications and ensure a high level of service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth‑management environment.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
