About the role

Join Kerridge’s Bar & Grill, the flagship London restaurant of celebrated chef Tom Kerridge, and deliver an unrivalled dining experience in a 5‑star setting. As a Waiter you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels valued and enjoys flawless service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, following the restaurant’s high standards.
• Maintain clean and well‑set tables throughout service.
• Collaborate closely with the front‑of‑house team to create a seamless guest journey.
• Adhere to all service protocols, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest enquiries and special requests with professionalism.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer‑service role, preferably in fine‑dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and varied shifts.
• Good written and spoken English.
