Fitness Class Instructor - Band 1

About the role

GLL is seeking enthusiastic Fitness Class Instructors to deliver group sessions at Kempston Pool & Fitness. This role goes beyond a simple teaching position – it is a career where you will inspire, empower and energise members of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and enjoyable fitness classes for all ages and ability levels.
• Maintain a high‑energy, fun atmosphere while ensuring professional standards.
• Adapt, progress or regress exercises to meet individual needs.
• Motivate participants and exceed their expectations.
• Uphold health and safety policies throughout each session.

Required profile

• Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor Level 2 qualification.
• Strong communication and customer‑service focus.
• Commitment, enthusiasm and a team‑player attitude.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
