Fitness Class Instructor

About the role

GLL is seeking enthusiastic Fitness Class Instructors to deliver a range of group classes at Better Gym Walthamstow Stadium. You will inspire members of all ages and abilities, creating a safe, energetic and motivating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and high‑energy fitness classes.
• Adapt, progress and regress workouts to suit all ages and fitness levels.
• Engage and motivate participants, ensuring a fun and inclusive experience.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout each session.
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a welcoming club atmosphere.

Required profile

• Exercise to Music (ETM) Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor Level 2 qualification.
• Strong communication and customer‑service focus.
• Commitment, enthusiasm and a team‑player attitude.
• Good knowledge of health and safety practices.

Required skills

• Exercise to Music (ETM) certification.
