Fixed-Term Selector – Warehouse Picking

About the role

As a Selector at Aldi you will play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. Working on a fixed‑term contract, you’ll use a headset to receive instructions, pick products accurately and ensure safety in a high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Select products accurately to meet picking targets.
• Follow instructions carefully and double‑check paperwork for accuracy.
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided).

Required profile

• Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast‑paced role.
• Reliable, flexible and able to adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock.

Required skills

• Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) operation.
