Flagship Floor Manager – 9‑Month Fixed‑Term (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Flagship Floor Manager will act as the primary HR business partner for Adidas’ London flagship store on Oxford Street. This 9‑month fixed‑term, full‑time position supports store leadership in managing people, ensuring compliance with HR policies and UK employment legislation, and driving a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide confidential HR advice to store line managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances and appeals.
• Oversee absence management, including long‑term sick, maternity, paternity, parental leave and flexible working requests.
• Develop and monitor performance improvement plans and ensure fair, consistent handling of capability issues.
• Lead investigations into store‑related “Fairplay” complaints and work with the legal team on complex HR matters.
• Analyse retention, absence and discount‑abuse data to propose actions that reduce costs and improve employee relations.
• Support the Retail HR Manager and District Director with recruitment activities, interview coordination and talent identification.
• Collaborate with People Development functions to identify top talent and implement personal development plans.

Required profile

• Experience delivering HR business partnership services within a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage employee relations issues.
• Proactive approach to data‑driven HR interventions.
