Fleet Administrator – Brentwood

About the role
Mears Group is seeking a motivated Fleet Administrator to join its Brentwood team. You will support the operational fleet, ensuring accurate records, clean vehicles and smooth service delivery across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Audit a fleet of around 250 vehicles, reviewing photos for cleanliness and damage.
- Verify mileage data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update vehicle records using Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure timely administration of fleet activities.
Required profile
- Previous experience in fleet or general administration.
- Strong organisational and process‑driven approach.
- Good customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Power BI
- Microsoft Office suite
