Fleet Sales Manager – B2B Automotive

About the role

This is a remote, full‑time position based in South England, focused on selling passenger vehicles to large corporate customers and leasing companies. You will work autonomously, developing new B2B relationships and expanding the existing portfolio of fleet customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach large businesses and leasing firms to secure fleet orders of multiple vehicles.
• Build long‑term relationships through consultative, relationship‑led sales techniques.
• Prepare quotations, discuss financing options and coordinate test drives with dealerships.
• Attend fleet exhibitions, car launch events and marketing activities to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep customers informed throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive fleet sales (essential).
• Background in managing business customers and account management.
• Good understanding of vehicle leasing and finance structures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of automotive industry and fleet sales processes.
• Familiarity with leasing contracts and vehicle finance options.

What we offer

• Base salary between £50,000 and £82,000 per year.
• Performance bonus of up to 15% plus monthly incentive payments.
