About the role

Join Deliveroo as a rider in Northampton and deliver meals from local restaurants to customers. You decide when and how long you work, using your own scooter, bike or car, and you’ll be paid per order plus any tips.

Key responsibilities

• Accept delivery requests through the Deliveroo app and confirm orders.
• Pick up food from partner restaurants and deliver it to customers promptly and safely.
• Maintain your vehicle, safety equipment and smartphone in good condition.
• Communicate with Deliveroo support via the app for any issues on the road.
• Follow local traffic laws and Deliveroo safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Own scooter, bike or car with a valid licence and insurance.
• Safety gear such as a helmet.
• Smartphone running iOS 12 or Android 6 (or newer).
• Proof of right to work in the UK and be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work as a self‑employed contractor.
