Flexible Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 Qualified (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our flexible agency roster in South Bristol. The role offers a variety of shifts across multiple early‑years settings, allowing you to choose the hours that suit your lifestyle while delivering high‑quality care to young children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment at all times.
• Support children’s emotional, social and physical development.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (CACHE, NVQ or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early‑years setting.
• Flexible, proactive and caring attitude.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Ability to implement safeguarding and health‑and‑safety policies.
