Flexible Secondary Supply Teacher – Gloucestershire

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic secondary teachers and cover supervisors to provide flexible supply cover across schools in Gloucestershire. You will work on a day‑to‑day basis, filling short‑term or longer‑term teaching gaps in a variety of subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons to secondary pupils in your assigned subject.
• Provide classroom supervision and support during teacher absence.
• Adapt lesson plans quickly to suit different school environments.
• Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions.

Required profile

• Experience working with young people in a learning environment.
• Flexibility to work across multiple schools in Gloucestershire.
• Ability to start with short notice and cover full days or part‑time slots.
• Qualified teachers are welcome but not mandatory; trainee or unqualified teachers with relevant experience are also considered.
