Floor Manager - Liverpool

About the role

ARNE, a fashion retailer known for its 'less is more' approach, has just launched its flagship store in Liverpool ONE and is looking for an additional customer-focused Floor Manager to join its Retail Team during peak trading. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the role is central to operational efficiency, brand standards and outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store each day, keeping it secure and ready for trading
• Assist in managing daily operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with customers
• Support the team in reaching sales goals and key performance indicators
• Help train and mentor new team members
• Act as a point of contact for shift-related issues when management is absent
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen interest in fashion and retail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proactive, able to work independently, with strong organisation and attention to detail
