FLT Reach and Counterbalance Driver

About the role

We are seeking experienced FLT drivers who are qualified on both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts to support a busy FMCG drinks production site in Brierfield. The role is primarily forklift‑based, moving stock between the warehouse and production lines in a fast‑paced environment. You will work a rotating continental shift pattern of days and nights.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles and transport stock throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Supply production lines with materials and stack finished goods.
• Support goods‑in and goods‑out operations.
• Carry out daily FLT safety checks and follow all health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Valid, in‑date Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences.
• RTITB or ITSSAR accredited licences.
• Previous warehouse or FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
