FM Development & Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven FM Development & Delivery Manager to join First Response Group in London. The role blends business development with operational leadership, responsible for winning new contracts and delivering end‑to‑end facilities management services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new FM business across key sectors, build relationships and lead client presentations, tenders and contract negotiations.
• Lead the mobilisation of new contracts, ensuring a seamless go‑live and coordinating delivery of Soft FM services such as cleaning, security, waste and reception.
• Work closely with our specialist partner to deliver Hard FM (mechanical & electrical) services and ensure statutory compliance.
• Monitor and achieve KPIs, SLAs and compliance standards while managing contract profitability and pipeline growth.
• Act as senior point of contact for key clients, driving satisfaction, retention and identifying opportunities for service improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management with a strong track record in service delivery and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
