Food & Beverage Assistant – Hospitality & Events

About the role

Join a dynamic sports, hospitality and events organisation in Stroud as a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will support the delivery of great food, drinks and memorable experiences across bars, hospitality suites, catering outlets and high‑profile events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations of bars, suites and catering outlets.
• Serve food and beverages to visitors, ensuring high standards of service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.
• Support match‑day, evening and weekend events, adapting to changing schedules.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, catering or customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and match days.
• Full clean driving licence.
