Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations at our IBIS London City Shoreditch hotel. You will be the face of the property, ensuring guests enjoy memorable dining experiences while driving profitability and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, bar and kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Lead and develop the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Control costs, maximise profitability and manage budgets for all F&B outlets.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing laws and hotel policies.
• Produce and analyse daily, monthly and ad‑hoc financial reports.
• Coordinate with Reservations and Sales teams on banquet revenue and special events.
• Implement Accor Vision, values and emergency communication protocols.
• Participate in departmental meetings and uphold confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Solid financial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across internal departments.
