About the role

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team across all outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain punctuality and uniform standards for all team members, arranging replacements as needed.
• Allocate daily duties and tasks across restaurants, bars, and meeting & events spaces.
• Oversee food, beverage, and related requisitions, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
• Train staff to meet hotel service, health, and safety standards, consistently delivering high-quality service.
• Motivate and recognize staff to sustain high engagement and performance.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Confident, proactive individual capable of prioritising multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to take initiative, handle unexpected situations and last‑minute changes.
• Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information.
