About the role

Join the team at Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge as a Food & Beverage Team Member, delivering friendly, efficient service to our guests in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy breakfast area and ensure food items are constantly replenished.
• Serve drinks and take food orders using the POS system.
• Collect meals from the kitchen, check them for correct temperature and appearance, and deliver promptly to guests.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy according to the procedure manual.
• Apply hygienic food‑service techniques throughout the shift.
• Take ownership of your designated section and respond to reasonable requests from supervisors or hotel management.

Required profile

• Passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Upbeat, sparkling personality able to build rapport quickly.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset, ensuring guests leave wanting to return.
