About the role
Join a leading bakery as a Food Production Operative, working 8‑hour rotating shifts in a fast‑paced packing environment. You will be part of a team that handles frozen, ambient and hot products, ensuring smooth production flow.
Key responsibilities
- Erecting and packing boxes with finished products
- Loading hoppers with raw ingredients
- Unboxing fats at the start of the process
- Applying lids to pails containing finished goods
- Performing cleaning duties and maintaining a tidy work area
Required profile
- Physical fitness for manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Ability to work flexibly across morning, afternoon and night shifts
- Quick‑thinking team player willing to learn on the job
