About the role
Join a busy food manufacturing team in South Cerney as a Food Production Operative. You will work on a fast‑paced production line, ensuring products are packed, labelled and checked to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate on a food production line, packing and labelling products.
- Conduct quality checks on finished goods.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Assist with general production duties as required.
Required profile
- Reliable, punctual and able to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:00.
- Good attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear clean safety boots.
- Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
