Forklift Driver (Counterbalance/Reach)

About the role
This full‑time temporary position is based in Brighton and involves operating both counterbalance and reach forklifts safely within a busy warehouse environment. You will play a key part in keeping stock moving efficiently while supporting the wider logistics team.
Key responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to load, unload and relocate goods.
- Move stock across the warehouse, ensuring accurate placement.
- Assist with picking and packing tasks when required.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
Required profile
- Valid forklift licence for counterbalance and/or reach trucks.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong awareness of safety procedures.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
