Forklift Operator – Night Shifts at Food Waste Plant

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our night‑shift team at a food‑waste processing plant in Dagenham. The role involves handling waste materials and finished products safely during 12‑hour night shifts, including occasional weekend work.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload waste materials and finished products.
- Support yard operations such as sorting, moving, and staging materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard environment.
- Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
- Experience working in a busy yard, warehouse or industrial setting.
- Good awareness of health & safety practices.
- Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to get involved.
- Reliability and flexibility for a key operational role.
