Forward Deployed Product Engineer

About the role

Cosine is building an autonomous AI‑driven software engineering platform. As a Forward Deployed Product Engineer you will work closely with customers, research, product and design teams to turn cutting‑edge model capabilities into reliable developer tools and deploy them in secure, complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build user‑facing products such as CLI tools, web applications and platform features that expose Cosine’s models via well‑designed workflows.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their workflows, security constraints and infrastructure, then translate these into solution designs and implementation plans.
• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery, from deployment and integration to troubleshooting and production support in security‑critical settings.
• Feed back customer requirements and deployment learnings into reusable product features and integrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, including current security clearance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience deploying, integrating and troubleshooting software in complex, regulated environments.

Required skills

• TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Svelte, Vue).
• Node.js, Python, Go.
• CLI application development.
• REST API design and consumption.
• Git, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP.
• Monitoring tools such as Grafana or Datadog.
