FP&A Analyst – Commercial Finance (CIMA/ACCA Part‑Qualified)

About the role
The restaurant group is seeking a part‑qualified CIMA/ACCA professional to join its finance team as an FP&A Analyst. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance, you will support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain the annual budget and rolling re‑forecasts in collaboration with operations and central functions.
- Prepare period‑end financial reports and analyse variances.
- Track cover rates, average spend and sales trends to inform decision‑making.
- Conduct labour and cost‑of‑sales analytics, monitoring productivity against targets.
- Leverage BI and AI‑driven analytics platforms to automate reporting and improve data quality.
- Partner with operations, marketing, supply‑chain and people teams on ad‑hoc analysis, investment appraisal and business case development.
Required profile
- CIMA or ACCA part‑qualified.
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
