FP&A Analyst – Luton, £60k-£65k

About the role
We are a fast‑growing eCommerce and manufacturing business seeking a commercially‑minded FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Luton. You will own the month‑end management accounts process and provide financial insight to Production, Marketing, Supply Chain and Fulfilment functions.
Key responsibilities
- Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles.
- Analyse product margins, stock, production and fulfilment costs.
- Support Marketing with ROAS, CAC and campaign analysis.
- Generate KPI reports and commercial insight for senior leadership.
- Improve finance processes, reporting and automation.
Required profile
- Strong management accounting experience.
- Commercial analysis background, preferably in eCommerce, FMCG, retail or manufacturing.
- Part‑qualified, qualified or qualified‑by‑experience candidates considered.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
