FP&A Business Partner

About the role

This position is a genuine business partnering role within a leading UK&I organisation. The FP&A Business Partner will work closely with divisional leaders and cost‑centre managers to translate financial data into actionable decisions that drive performance and cost discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cost‑centre managers and divisional leadership to deliver accurate monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting.
• Own the operational planning cycle, including timetables, templates and guidance for financial planning activities.
• Provide clear, timely and insightful financial analysis that supports business objectives across enabling services.
• Drive cost‑discipline initiatives and challenge costs, investments and strategic projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to functional directors and senior stakeholders, offering decision support on key initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and internal accounting guidelines while maintaining high‑quality management information.
• Lead continuous‑improvement efforts across FP&A processes, systems and reporting outputs.
• Support strategic planning activities such as scenario modelling and long‑term forecasting.
