FP&A Lead – EMEA Wholesale (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The FP&A Lead will act as the right‑hand to the Head of FP&A, overseeing consolidations across gross margins, capex, revenue and OPEX for the EMEA wholesale channel. This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers hybrid working (two days on‑site per week) and a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to drive budgeting cycles and ensure transparent reporting.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and reporting for revenue streams and operating expenses across EMEA.
• Coordinate monthly close activities, perform variance analysis and communicate insights to senior management.
• Monitor business performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive‑level materials, ad‑hoc analyses and business cases for corporate leadership.
• Lead transformation initiatives such as process improvements or automation projects.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships to foster collaboration and a high‑performance culture.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior FP&A experience, preferably within a multinational or wholesale environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior executives and influence financial decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering accurate forecasts and insightful variance analysis.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and leading finance transformation projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
