FP&A Manager – Commercial Finance

About the role

This permanent FP&A Manager position supports a fast‑growing company in South Bucks. Working hybrid (two days in the office), you will partner with e‑commerce, marketing and other commercial teams to drive data‑based decision‑making across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse performance metrics, track KPIs and support commercial decisions.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for sales, margins and operational costs across all channels.
• Work closely with marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimise spend and improve profitability.
• Build detailed financial models, dashboards and KPI tracking tools for scenario planning and long‑term strategy.
• Support implementation of advanced reporting systems to capture customer behaviour, seasonal trends and campaign outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting within a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and build internal relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, growth‑focused company.
