FP&A Manager

About the role

Equifind Group is supporting a leading private‑equity backed hospitality group in London with the recruitment of an FP&A Manager on an initial 3‑6 month contract. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will own the finance partnering remit, driving month‑end reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis across a multi‑site hotel business.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enhance existing FP&A processes, ensuring accurate reporting and continuity across finance models and templates.
• Own the month‑end close process, delivering precise reporting, forecasting and journal postings.
• Partner with finance leadership to support commercial decision‑making, board reporting and strategic financial planning.
• Produce financial modelling, commercial analysis and data reconciliation across multiple systems to inform strategic projects and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least three years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong FP&A and finance business partnering experience within a multi‑site hotel environment.
• Commercially minded, analytical and highly organised, thriving in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
