FP&A Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to take ownership of two significant business units valued at $1bn and $110m. This commercially focused, business‑partnering role will act as the primary finance contact for senior stakeholders and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting cycles for both business units, consolidating and challenging submissions.
• Develop and maintain forward‑looking financial models to underpin strategic initiatives.
• Produce insightful reporting, key performance indicators, and board‑ready presentations.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and guidance.
• Monitor and analyse working capital performance, identifying risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Ambitious to progress to a Finance Director role within 5‑7 years.
• Energetic, progressive mindset with a desire to develop alongside the business.
