FP&A Manager

About the role

Not all FP&A roles are created equal. We're recruiting an FP&A Manager for an established video‑gaming company with an international footprint and a portfolio of titles spanning multiple markets. The finance function goes beyond month‑end, covering complex royalty reporting across 20+ publishing relationships, delivering insight that shapes commercial strategy, and partnering directly with the Head of Finance on forecasting and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commentary and analysis within the monthly reporting pack, delivering financial insight to senior stakeholders.
• Deep‑dive analysis of sales data by title, territory and channel, translating numbers into clear narratives on performance and market opportunity.
• End‑to‑end management of royalty reporting for approximately 20 external publishing partners, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strong relationship management.
• Work closely with the Head of Finance on cash‑flow forecasting and financial planning, supporting strategic decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes and systems, implementing new ideas.
• Act as a key commercial finance contact, providing data‑driven insight on existing titles and future opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified finance professional (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in gaming, interactive entertainment, publishing, TV or retail where royalty reporting is central.
• Proven experience in royalty reporting and managing external partner financial relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable reporting for non‑finance audiences.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a remote environment and is commercially curious.
