Franchise & Advisor Sales Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing business advisory firm as a Franchise & Advisor Sales Manager. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment and conversion of new franchise partners and advisors, playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and sales process for new franchisees and advisors.
• Guide prospective partners through the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry to onboarding.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract high‑quality partners and support business growth.
• Represent the business at networking events, trade shows and industry forums.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in business ownership or a consultative, transactional sales role.
• Confident communicator and relationship builder.
• Commercially minded with the ability to guide prospects through a consultative sales process.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Proactive, self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
