About the role
The Frank Hahn Research Fellowship and College Lectureship in Economic History at Churchill College, University of Cambridge, offers an early‑career scholar the opportunity to lead an independent research programme while contributing to undergraduate economics teaching.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct original research in Economic History and publish scholarly work.
- Supervise and teach undergraduate economics students, acting as Director of Studies.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of economics undergraduates.
- Engage with the interdisciplinary community through seminars, research discussions and academic events.
Required profile
- PhD in Economic History, Economics or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated research excellence and a strong publication record.
- Ability to develop an independent research programme.
- Experience or aptitude for undergraduate teaching and supervision.
