About the role
An established Paris‑based PR and influence agency is seeking a freelance PR consultant to lead a focused press campaign for a logistics and supply chain client operating in the UK and Ireland. The project aims to raise the client’s profile across trade media in both markets and will run for 1‑4 weeks.
Key responsibilities
- Build and validate a target media list covering UK and Irish logistics, supply chain and transport titles.
- Distribute the press release to selected journalists and editors.
- Pitch the story and follow up proactively to secure coverage in web, print and newsletter editions.
- Organise interviews between journalists and the client’s spokespeople.
- Report back on media coverage and campaign results.
Required profile
- Proven media‑relations experience in logistics, supply chain, transport or broader B2B industrial sectors.
- Established relationships with UK and Irish trade media outlets.
- A confident, persistent approach to pitching and follow‑up.
