Freezer Warehouse Operative

About the role

Join a specialist team working in a high‑performing freezer environment at temperatures down to -25°C. You will help keep the warehouse running smoothly while staying safe and comfortable with full thermal protective gear provided.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately within a 24/7 operation.
• Handle meat and alcohol products in compliance with safety standards.
• Follow health and safety briefings and operational instructions at all times.
• Work a rotating shift pattern of four days on, three days off, covering both day and night shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to commute to Andover using your own transport.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a cold climate.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £13.64 (including freezer premium).
• Night‑shift premium of £3.34 per hour.
• Overtime paid at 1.25 × basic rate.
• Predictable roster known 13 weeks in advance.
