French and Italian Speaking Sales Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Sales Support Executive who is fluent in both French and Italian to join a leading global exporter of luxury brands. Based in South West London, you will work within a friendly international team, providing B2B customer support across French‑ and Italian‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to enquiries, resolve issues and handle complaints in a professional manner.
• Liaise with courier and freight companies to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
• Monitor export operations, ensuring service standards are maintained in assigned territories.
• Support the Export Sales Team on additional markets and languages when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents and distributors.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French and Italian.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales or a similar support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
