French Ecommerce Executive – London

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Ecommerce Executive to join our London team and manage the French version of our online store. Reporting to the Global Ecommerce Manager, you will help drive traffic, conversion and revenue while ensuring a seamless, locally‑relevant shopping experience for our luxury jewellery customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the French e‑commerce site, including product uploads, promotions, SEO and accurate French translations.
• Support the online trading plan to increase revenue and average order value.
• Localise content, product descriptions and marketing campaigns, ensuring correct terminology, spelling, currency and compliance.
• Track and analyse performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, sales) using GA4 and HotJar, and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, merchandising, design and DevOps teams to launch campaigns, newsletters and paid‑media initiatives for the French market.
• Identify and implement UX and checkout improvements to enhance the customer journey.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.
• Work with customer‑service teams to provide support for French‑speaking shoppers and assist with trade reviews across regions.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French and strong written and spoken English.
• Proven experience managing e‑commerce sites, preferably in fashion, jewellery or luxury goods.
• Deep understanding of French online consumer behaviour and digital trends.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS and e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (including GA4) and HotJar.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and PPC principles.
