French Speaking Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic French Speaking Account Manager to lead the growth of our French distributor network. Based in our Norwich head office or London showroom, you will own the French market, building new partnerships and expanding existing accounts for our premium water systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the French distributor network.
• Identify, approach and onboard new distributor partners.
• Manage and support existing distributors to maximise performance and revenue.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Manage account budgets and commercial objectives.
• Conduct regular distributor meetings, both remotely and face‑to‑face.
• Travel to France at least twice per month.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans where required.
• Build long‑term relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and monthly sales reviews.

Required profile

• Motivated and resilient sales professional with a strong commercial mindset.
• Fluent French speaker (native level preferred).
• Minimum two years of B2B sales, account or distributor management experience.
• Understanding of French business culture and market expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target driven and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout France.
• Reliable commute to Norwich or Central London and ability to attend Norwich HQ once per month.
