About the role
A well-established and trusted UK brand operating on a global scale is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor based in Cambridge. The position is fully office-based, open Monday to Friday, and pays up to £32,000 per year depending on relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers by resolving queries about the company's products and services
- Handle incoming queries by phone, email and live chat
- Ensure all calls are logged accurately
- Analyse data and respond accordingly
- Schedule engineering service calls
- Provide customer training on products
- Monitor and report issues as needed, and carry out other tasks assigned by management
Required profile
- Fluent French, written and spoken, is essential
- Experience in customer service or first-line technical support is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused with a high attention to detail
Required skills
- Good IT skills
